Quiet and nice and couldn't get better front desk service. My family has been here a few times and Malik at the front desk, does the best. Very nice , people oriented. He's what people want and need in this business.

Best hotel I have ever found for the low price that it has stayed at for 25 years plus. So no room in any establishment goes unused or couldn't use some extra attention. Now that being said, if you can't handle traveling around and staying in rooms that were previously occupied then please do the rest of us a favor and stay HOME. This Days Inn is better maintained than the holiday Inn or the Clarion even the Ritz Charlton. So you can go Stay there if you can't sandle up and get if a dead bug, some hair and carpet stains? Grow up people. You are not going to find a better place to crash over night or extended. Thanks to the entire staff and management of this establishment for your awesome service and your help π π π it's not easy to put up with the services you provide.

Oh man. I only paid $60 for this, but thought I should get better service than this, at least. First, the front desk girl was right at the front door smoking, so I had to walk through a ton of cigarette smoke to get inside. My room (305) was filthy. The floor in the bathroom hadnβt been swept and there was a bug and hair all over, there was hair all over the bath tub and some in the toilet as well ππ€’ breakfast consisted of coffee and a chocolate muffin (and apple juice containers). There were massive stains on the carpet, every surface was dirtyβ¦I couldnβt even close the curtains, so I had to safety pin them shut! The furniture was super chipped and dirty, and I didnβt even try to sit on the couch. The hallway also smelled of something π€’I am really not trying to be rude, just putting it out there. There has to be a better option than this place. KEEP LOOKING. Pictures really donβt show the details π±

Wyndam does not fail to disappoint. I have not stayed at a hotel ran by Wyndam for a long time because I have had so many bad experiences. I tried it again and they did not fail to disappoint. Upon arrival the toilet was running constantly in our room and when opening up the hide-a-bed I discovered food from a previous guest. We tried to put some of our food in the mini fridge but the ice was built up inside about 2" thick. My wife noticed the hair that had built up on the towel rack and we found multiple socks and left over food items from previous guests in the room. The shower drain had had a blockage from trash from a previous guest and the whole room smelled like smoke. It was late when we arrived and we were to tired to deal with it that night so we just cleaned ourselves and went to bed. That was when we discovered there was a problem with the heat and the room although the heat was set to 68 was a balmy 80-85. Ultimately between opening the window and turning on the Air conditioner (in December), we were able to get the room to a comfortable 72 degrees. But the beds were so broken down that my wife was unable to get a good nights sleep. In the morning when we went for breakfast, the advertised continental breakfast consisted of (drum roll please.....) Chocolate muffins, coffee, orange juice, milk. I asked the manager if that was all the breakfast consisted of and she said "they are waiting on a truck." However, once the manager left and a few other guest came to discover the same falsely advertised breakfast the front desk clerk expressed that they had cut their breakfast down for the last few months and she hears the same complaints every morning. The Sysco truck did arrive around 7:30 so the front end personal worked as quick as they could to put some other pastries out and offered them to us but with the caveat that they were still frozen. (At least the employees, except for the manager, were understanding and tried to do what was in their power.) If someone from Days Inn or Wyndham reads this here is what guests are looking for. 1. A reasonably clean room with no food, clothes, hair, or trash from previous guests 2. Amenities that are in good working order. They don't need to be new but at least functioning properly. 3. A breakfast that is as advertised. 4. Management that actually cares about the customer experience.
