I was driving through town heading to Reno and I had damaged my card, they were the only location out of the 4 I called along I-5 that would see me last minute to get an instant issue debit card. Not only were they accommodating, but incredibly friendly. Ashley the manager went way above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated from the staff here.

It started when I checked my account online and had a fraudulent transaction on my debit card for over $700. Called their 1-800 number first because the branch wasn't open yet to dispute the claim. Then went into the branch to close my account and get set up with a new one. First, I was told they can't close my current account because it was created in Texas. Second, they opened my new account, but didn't bother to cancel my debit card. My debit card was linked to my new account which had the fraudulent charge on it, which means my new account went into overdraft status as my dispute claim was being processed. Oh, and they didn't bother to tell me the fraudulent charge was set up as a recurring payment until I spoke with a claims representative days later. Once this claim is settled I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

One time I parked for less than 5 minutes while doing a book return at the nearby library...came back to get both the stinky eye and lecture about it being for customers of the bank only. I pointed to the other 5 spots both open and empty. I more than once had to go in with a relative to this branch as they messed up their account, lost funds, routed funds out...accused them of missing loan payments on their house and then threatened foreclosure. (didn't have a loan at all on their house, let alone one with WFB.) Nothing but tools here...avoid completely!

Tellers are very nice as has been mentioned. If I have a problem, I talk to my personal banker. For a while he wasn't returning my emails so I made a mild stink about it to the manager. Everything's been great since then. All in all, very happy I moved from US Bank; way better.
