Super responsive and very knowledgeable. Saw the great reviews. Thought I'd give it a try. Well I have to say I'm very happy I did. I did not get the chance to pay Javier's repair shop a visit but definitely keeping this contact for future computer repair needs. He was quick in analyzing the problem I was having with my external hard drive by simply reviewing the information that I sent via email. Now I know where to go from here. It cost me $100 to find out my laptop was fried. Advised to buy a new one. Partially transferred my files. I fe that I was overcharged. I wouldn't recommend. Never saw the tech. Dealt with his wife only.

No you can just walk in just call or text before you head over to make sure we're there and yes I need the power adapter
