Made a Monday morning 9 am appointment for a state inspection on a one year old car. Easy money. Arrived at 8:50 to drop it off. Three mechanics standing around outside smoking was the first thing I noticed. I remember thinking, my car better not smell like smoke after this. I was asked if I wanted to wait or drop off and when I said I wanted to wait I was told it would be 4 hours. He explained he only had one guy doing inspections. I called my wife and decided to leave the car. While this was happening a woman who was already there started questioning the appointment policy. She explained she was told by the person who made the appointment with her that her 8 am appointment time would have her as the first person and she would be in and out. Her car was still sitting in the parking lot. Eventually she asked for her keys back and left angry. Six hours later I called to check on the status of my car and the phone just rang. I decided to get a ride back and pick up my car figuring it had to be ready by now. I was wrong. After 6.5 hours the excuse was still, they only had one guy doing inspections. As I left the guy behind the counter had that nerve to tell me there are plenty of other places to go. I told him “You’re damn right there are!” I’m not sure he got my meaning. Do not go here. There are a lot of angry customers and this seems to be a common theme among other reviews.

I’ve had my 2010 Honda Civic serviced here several times over the past year for various reasons and the staff has always been upfront, honest and gone adore my expectations! Between general questions and advice for future maintenance, I would highly recommend this Mavis to friends / family.

I was originally quoted a three hour window at the mavis by my house, my Apostle called the mavis off of Sullivan trails in Easton and they took me right away! My car is being worked on and I will still make it to church! Fully staffed working staff and clean area
