To those who are looking to live here. There is no Internet spectrum services here only cable TV. From what I heard the owner has yet to upgrade the mobile home park to allow internet spectrum services.

Maintenance personnel take all the side jobs in the park ,and they also do these jobs while being on the clock so they are being paid by star management plus whatever they are over charging these nice people. They take advantage of the elderly, steal things from vacant homes and sell them to people in the park which is not right. Laundry mat closes at 8pm when before it was 10pm pool closed half the year it's ridiculous if people pay year around for that pool them why can't it be used year round .

Well it varies on how many prior owner's occupied the coach, but 750.00-850.00 I would say,

Between $750-$900 depending on how many times the home was sold. RV parking is in the back of the complex you can park a vehicle, RV,boat,ECT. Cost $40 a month to rent a parking spot they are not included. There is an income requirement, when we moved in 3 years ago you had to make 3 times as much I'm sure it's the same.
