Grounds are well kept and close to the Ventura Harbor. The posted picture is not the mobile homes park.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Southern California my mother spent many years living here it is a 55 and older community amazing in all regards great pool views of the ocean and a miniature Lake in the middle you cannot find a better place to live absolutely incredible

Depends on the lot but they are around 650 per month.
