1 star service I brought it up to 3 because the store itself has a nice selection for everyone. Use to go all the time but haven’t been in since pre pandemic. Ventured over on Friday 3/22 evening I have to say the quality of service was low. Somebody did say hello when I walked in the door after that there was no interaction I walked around the store for a good 30 to 45 minutes with four boxes in my arms and nobody offered to help me nobody said are you finding everything OK and multiple employees just walked past me and one young man seem that he was following me as if I was going to steal instead of asking me if I needed help or if he could take those boxes to the register as they had in the past. I would have to say that I was disappointed about the quality of service it seems like everywhere else it’s gone down hill.

YOOO! These employees ain't nothing to mess with! These employees deserve a raise!! I watched them take down a shoplifter as a team. It was the most amazing thing I have EVER seen in my life... I am a shoe carnival customer for life. GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISE!!
