It’s something in the atmosphere. I’ve never had chicken to actually taste like the people who are cooking it. Only at this location though. It smells like the chicken have been sitting in someone’s home for a period of time and the smell of their house has just attached to the food. Horrible!

Was the worst experience I've ever had here. Usually love this place and location. Was told it would be 10 minutes for chicken and I said that was fine. Then after 15 minutes was told it would be ten more minutes. Then told them well can I get a discount they said no. So I asked to talk to the manager who had no clue what they were doing kept asking what time I ordered then couldnt find the order or one before mine. After about 30 minutes finally got my food had to tell the lady bagging the order exactly what the order was. These workers were rude and had no idea what customer service is. Not trying to be rude but I've worked in fast food for over 10 years and this is just sad.

The all dark meat chicken is delicious and the special made it even better. The biscuits are the best in the business and we loved the fries, Mac & Cheese, and coleslaw!

Ordered $10 5 piece strip meal, received 3 TINY pieces, the same guy that took my order 10 minutes before questioned if I got 3, receipt showed 5, he STILL asked the manager if he should give me the 2 I'm owed, none ready so he gives me ONE tiny drumstick, gives me a second after I pushback. Manager had an attitude when I asked for bathroom key and never gave me one, had to ambush an employee using their private bathroom to unlock the customer bathroom, no soap in the bathroom either and it smelled VERY bad. Nasty store, incompetent staff, small food portions high price. AVOID this store at all possible.

I haven't been in awhile. They may be under new management. I would call and ask about it.
Have you considered may be asking them not to add any Gravy on it?
They could use a black person in there that will speak English correctly and provide a customer with decent service
