I had a decent experience yesterday when I went to get my screen fixed on my iPhone. Andrew in the Geek Squad dept was very helpful in coming up with a solution to my issue. My biggest issue was that I arrived there and waited for 20 mins for a "scheduled" appointment. I went through the process for them to say the screens were not in stock. I feel as a customer and business owner you should always make sure that things are in stock before scheduling customers to do a job you cant complete. Either way big shout out to Andrew for being nothing but helpful through the frustrating experience. Btw it did get resolved ! :)

Horrible customer service and process! This was my 3rd time trying this service and the third failure! Walk in and tell me i have to make an appointment to drop off my computer for repair and that it will take 20 minutes just to fill out the paperwork and 2 weeks to replace a screen! They had 4 people just standing around doing nothing, going to find another computer repair company! Stay Away! Best Buy needs to dump Geek Sqaud!

Geek Sqaud is such a JOKE!!! Had an appointment booked from 8 -12. They sent me emails in the am...your tech is in its way. No one showed up or called. And trying to get a hold of someone...GOOD LUCK!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! Get anyone else but The Geek Squad!!!!
