I came here a few years back for my birthday and it was the best so I decided to come with my daughter for her birthday recently this weekend and the girl that was hosting this past Saturday didn’t communicate , or help , didn’t introduce herself or explain how anything works. Didn’t even offer how she could help. If I never came that one time I would’ve never been able to help my guest and their kids ! And it was all their first time! I was doing her job, which isn’t acceptable especially during my child party I didn’t get to sit much because I was hosting . She was capable of helping because when a family came in a little after us she helped and spoke to them , got all their supplies for them and showed the hospitality she was suppose to for everyone! I know this place is better than that but it should be the same great experience every time anyone comes. The Customer service should be the same from every employee! But I made the best of it and my children are excited about the pieces they choose.

We had the best time painting here. It’s very clean and they have so many choices. Maria was friendly and helpful. Once we got started we felt like artists. I look forward to coming back.

I had so much fun. First I picked the bowl out of the many choices of pottery to paint. There were bowls, plates, figurines.. skulls, dogs, cats, Snoopy, Christmas decorations.. like🎄, Hanukkah.. 🕎, and so much more. I picked the colors I wanted and started painting. They had so many color choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I was done I left my bowl there tobe fired. When it was ready, I came back to pick it up. These photos are of my finished bowl.

We were there for a toddler birthday party and we loved it. it's a small place. There were 9 kids and they all had fun. Every kid picked his/her own clay. there were options like marmeids, dolphins, sharks, princesses... there is a staff helping out everybody throughout the process. once everybody picks their clay then they pick 5 colors. the staff bring the colors on a little plate. when the kids are done painting, staff collects the clay and take them to baking. party host brings the food and the cake. I am thinking to go back with my girl friends for a ladies night soon.

Yes, it's better to call first

As a beginner..am I making the clay on a wheel? Is it just painting already made pieces? Can you give me an idea of charges for services. I am an adult. Thanks, Beth
