I bought my grandson a go kart from G-Force in Greer a little over a year ago. It hasn't run properly since I bought it. I have brought it in for service several times and the problem still isn't fixed. There is less than 15 hours on the engine and the thing does not start. They replaced the battery at one point and got it to start. I took it home and it never started again. Whatever they did caused a short in the electrical system. The owner will not talk to me and they have managed to "put a band-aid on it" until the warranty has expired. Now they tell me that it will be at least a month until someone can look at it, and the owner still won't get on the phone. He had his sales person tell me that he could give me the contact information for the manufacturer. Isn't it their job to contact the manufacturer? I think they should have done that within the warranty time frame so that it could be fixed or replaced. At this point, I know they will not do anything to help or repair it without charging me. What a waste of money!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

It took over a year to get the title to the scooter I purchased also I can't seem to get an oil change and tune up for three months you've been backed up for two weeks, every time I call.

Drove 2 hours to see these guys. Ken was great, made me an amazing deal. Had some issues ( not there fault bad carb on a brand new unit) they took care of me and even made it possible to pick up even with my busy schedule! Will be back, already want to upgrade the one I got. They even do performance upgrades and I hope to see the new shop.

Just bought a atv 125cc . Was a in and out kinda purchase experience. Not bad guy loaded the atv on trailer and gave me a quick rundown .just waiting on the title. As the paperwork hasn't arrived for the one I purchased no biggie. All in all 5 stars
