I've been to this location multiple times to print, make copies, fax things, and shop. There's usually a wait in the copier section. Today I was able to walk right in and fax and be in and out in under ten minutes total. The lady assisted me with faxing and she was friendly, polite, and helpful.

Went to get some documents printed from my phone on McBee Ave. And the clerk wouldn't help me!! Horrible customer service!!

Follow up on print jobs regularly is timing is important. When I went to pick up my order (a single poster) at 7 pm the order was not completed. Order was placed around noon and was told that order would be ready by closing. When I arrived, the order was not ready and I was asked if I could wait until closing at 8 pm for pickup. Ended up picking up following day.

Great help and support in the purchase of our pc for our son heading off to college. Words can't express how grateful we are for the time, consideration and help provided. They helped find and meet online add deals for the MS office and McAfee software. Really enjoyed what I expected to be a stressful day.
