After almost 3 weeks without no one calling me i called a few times no one answer ,had to go on my own and pick my rc up ,paid for the service and left got home , still didnt work , took my money for nothing drove all th way from Miami , basically wasted 100$ for my Rc TRAXXAS NITRO 4 tec to still have the same issue “STARTING” thank you anyway if i would waited another week they would of took my stuff too lol like money grow on tress Great service 🤯

I am new to the RC world and they sold me a car that said it was waterproof when in fact they are only slightly water resistant and every time I call they never answer and they currently have my vehicle and I’m just waiting for somebody to answer so I can see if it’s ready or not but this is a very unprofessional store

Great place. Staff is ready to help and answer all questions.. before I made a purchase, they let me test drive the car to see if I liked it. That’s awesome because 99% of store will refuse to do that. But since they did that. I’m made more purchases with them and did extra mods to the rc trucks we have. If you give a little you get a lot in return.. rule of thumb.
