This is a huge place with many Ballrooms. We came for an end of the year banquet for an organization. We are so glad we got there early because the parking lot was crowded due to all the end of the year school graduation events. We were sure our event was going to be just another "rubber chicken" dinner. We have been to many of these events over the years so we were pleasantly surprised at this event. Our room was next to another program and we heard nothing. The food was very tasty. The salad was cold and crisp, the chicken came with a lovely sauce, the mashed potatoes were delicious and the vegetables were crisp. The presentation was dramatic as the food was rolled out to music from Star Wars. BUT the best party of the evening was the outstanding staff. Each server was kind, and attentive and I never felt any wished they were someplace else. They were by far the best banquet staff. I would hire anyone of our servers to serve at my home. The head captain was amazing she ran that dinner with ease and charm. The staff made the event. I would definitely recommend this place. Oh..the coffee was hot and perfect.

To Signature Grand and Staff, Blessed Day and Good Afternoon! My name is Desireé, and I am sending this commendation and testimony on behalf of Queen Jean and the Poole Dinner Party we had there on Sunday evening, January 16, 2022. I have to start by saying that our experience with Signature Grand, and this wasn't our first, was exceptional and outstanding and always has been! Our event planner, Priscilla, really gave us what we feel was the royal treatment! She was extremely pleasant, communicative, helpful, and purely a joy to work with. She ensured that any questions that we had were answered and that everything was done to ensure that our evening was the best evening ever, perfect in every way. From our initial meeting to changes being made over time, she handled everything, and I do mean everything, with grace and excellence! She was unable to be there for our event, which was ok with us as she made sure to leave us in very capable hands for the evening. The event manager, Lorenzo, who Priscilla had there in her stead was top notch! He was extremely helpful and pleasant, even when I needed an extra hand in setting up for the event. Without question, he offered his assistance to help us! Throughout the duration of our evening, he and the service staff worked closely with us easing any questions regarding our schedule or changes we had as the evening went on. They all really made us feel at home. Unfortunately, I do not have the names of the service staff, but every one of them was superb! When I say that our evening was indeed perfect and sublime and a night of heavenly joy, I mean every single word! Everyone enjoyed themselves! There is not a thing that we would change about our evening: from the luxurious building and decor, to the excellent staff and treatment, the delicious food, kind and helpful morale... We truly have such great appreciation for Signature Grand and their wonderful staff and facility. Their motto says it best- Pride, Passion, People! They have embodied that motto and it is evident in all that they do! As I mentioned in the beginning, this was not our first event, and it certainly won't be our last! We threw my grandmother a 100th birthday party at signature grand. The add-on decoration package was perfect for the occasion, the food was just OK but the presentation was great. Most importantly, a great time was had by all and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and happy.

My friend has there wedding here and OMG! This place was amazing! The venue was beautiful , the bathrooms were amazing. I loved the whole Renaissance feel and it felt very “romantic”. The food was also good too, they offer great menu options. I love how you can customize your venue for your day and I appreciate them for making my friends day so special!
