I wanted to leave a positive review for the wonderful assistance I received from Stephanie in the jewelry department. I have had a HORRIBLE experience at castle couture previously while wedding dress shopping for my sister and I want to note that I do not recommend this store for wedding gowns for that reason. With that being said, I was extremely apprehensive to go back and give them any sort of business. However, I had found all my jewelry besides a necklace and was desperate with my wedding coming up in 3 weeks. I found their jewelry to be very affordable (my necklace was $130 after tax). Stephanie was one of the most welcoming people I have met over the course of wedding planning. She gave great styling advice and honestly was the best hype woman. She gave me the time to get to know me and my style and looked through all the photos I shared with her enthusiastically. I sincerely hope this review gets back to her because she lifted my spirits so much and I left feeling so great. Wedding planning is extremely stressful and it’s easy to get lost in the mix of it, it’s so nice to have a moment to be reminded how exciting it is. Thank you so much Stephanie!

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at Castle Couture. Rachel, my consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as I came in, Rachel was so welcoming and wanted to know all about my wedding. She understood my style right away and acknowledged the budget I was working with. I tried on the most flattering and beautiful gowns and ultimately chose the perfect dress for my wedding in November 2023 (the first dress I tried on, might I say!). It was the best day. My point being is that we have to travel there yet again. She is upset when this is supposed to be the time of her life. Coordinating schedules are not easy when I'm traveling from out of state. Your store is definitely not putting there best foot forward.

The prices vary depending on the gown of your choosing. However, in my case, I found exactly what I was looking for and it was in my particular price range. Hope this helps.

Hi, Stacey, An appointment is required for bridal wear on any day. For evening wear, an appointment is required only on weekends. For prom, we do not accept appointments; guests are assisted in the order in which they arrive and sign in. We hope to see you soon!
