Crooks! I ordered a pair of shoes through this company, and when I returned them, they charged me a 30% restock fee for no stated reason!!! Avoid this company at all costs! Shame on these scammers!

Great place!!! They have really nice styles in wide width. Eddie and crew know how to treat customers like family. I'll be back again this week for another great fitting pair. Some of the longest lasting shoes I've purchased from Bida.

I've been shopping at BIDA shoes approx since the mid to upper 90's. They ALWAYS had my size, and nice styles that was appealing to the eyes! For the most part, I've always dealt with one person when visiting. I've been knowing Ed (owner) for quite sometimes (feels like family)! I traveled all the way from Orlando (Wednesday) to pick up a pair of house shoes/bedroom slippers. Still had my size, and decent pricing. Thanks Ed/BIDA! You guys are awesome!

Great store with a great selection. There’s a shoe for every occasion, even when you have big wide feet. I found a beautiful fancy pair of shoes from Italy & I was so pleasantly surprised when they came in wide width, they fit like a glove. The staff are helpful, patient and friendly. This store is the best!!!
