⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF⚠️⚠️⚠️. Needed a valve replaced on a 2012 lincoln towncar limo. Simple and inexpensive job right?? They quoted me $3400 for the repairs. Lying, saying it needs this and that. So i decide not to get the work done. Now they want to charge me $150 for diagnostics, when they have a sing that states clear as day, $100 for diagnostics. Long story short, got the job done for less that $300.

They are the best for air conditioning and the most reasonable price you have ever had and you're out of the door quickly love those guys I live in lake City Florida 400 mi away and I go to do my AC units on my vehicle right there in Hialeah with eagle overhauling the best

Most dysfunctional, disrespectful, and disorganized business I had ever seen. The left hand has no idea what the right is doing. If you value your sanctity and energy do NOT do business here. Employees always walk fast pace pretending they are busy while chatting over coffee and having a smoking break by the ticket machine. While paying customers wait their turn to get serviced in a dirty garage. In 2020 a family friend recommended this place due to the AC compressor failing. They happily did the job and billed us $770 for a new compressor and dryer. After few months the AC was blowing hot air, so we took it back and they claimed the Freon refrigerant is missing. So they refilled it. Now 2022 comes again the AC is started blowing hot air. I took time out of my day and went at 7AM and waited 2.5 hrs to be able to see no one other than cigar smoke in your face. Once getting there there was a few cars ahead of us and 2-3 machines not being used by 2-3 employees because they all were deciding to have Bahama breeze time over cigars, phone calls, and coffee while people wait. Do yourselves a favor and go locally or to corporate so you have the guarantee/ warranty even if that means spending additional money. Probably all these good reviews are family and friends doing each other the favor while messing with others hard earned money. Who knows maybe they added too much Freon to the compressor Eagle installed that it blew out again since they treat every car the same. I tried to stop my father from going to Hialeah for the repair… and I was right. Why should the customer be coming every year for repairs? Seems like it’s planned obsolescence so they can keep syphoning the cash. Completely dishonest and unreliable business not even sure if they know or qualified to do the job in the first place. I should’ve read the reviews.
