Very disrespectful staff. They think the customer is stupid. I was buying shoes for my kid, I tried a size first that all at the sudden wasn’t where I was trying the shoes. When I requested to try it again, one of the ladies said that it was not possible bc a mom just called that she was coming to pick it up. The other lady said that it was kept away since yesterday. Do they believe that the customer is not smart enou or maybe discriminate and had that idea for a latin with accent, even though I have a medical post grad? The cherry of the top was when I asked if, at least, my kid could try once again the shoes . They said that it wasn’t possible b/c the person requested specifically not to try the shoes… really? Isn’t sketchers in the best interested of selling the shoes by delivering them once I could try them? I have clean socks to try the shoes and my kid hasn’t any skin disease, if it was the problem. I felt offended with the whole situation. I didn’t buy one but 6 pairs…My valuable time was already invested, I did, but it was the very last time…

My brother told me about this Skechers outlet store. I was in Ft Lauderdale and decided to stop by. Huge selection but I didn't the prices were so great.

Pretty incompetent manager, 05/11/22, at 2:08pm. Bought a pair of shoes few days ago where box said they were size 9. Also signed up for the loyalty program for 10% off first purchase. Arrived home to find out they were size 11.5. Returned the shoes and bought a new pair. Asked for the 10% off this time again because I never received it after having to return the original pair. She wouldn’t give it to me because it wasn’t my first purchase. Since I had to return my first purchase to no fault of my own and to the fault of store I should’ve been given that discount again . Anyway the cashier who waited on me suggested I make a new and fake loyalty account which I did, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Thank you to that associate for being wonderful. Just be better lady !

Nice sketchers store. Located in a very busy shopping center. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Staff here are friendly, attentive and professional. The deep discounts -30% to 70% off are located in the back of the store.
