TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Hard to find and the address is wrong and would not let us in. Drove around for one hour trying to get info with no answer to phone and when they finally answered it was Spanish only.. Finally found it when the attendant that was never there showed up and turned the sign around to see the CRUISE PARKING entrance. He could speak English until we told him that we did not want to park our car between two other cars in two spaces!!! SO THREE CARS IN TWO SPACES and we had and SUV!!!!!! ........ Then he did not understand us and walked off saying no English????? Got one heck of a dent in the side of my new car due to this. About $300.00 in damages to repair. This place was TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER PARK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! No ride to cruise lines and uber driver was $26.00 one way. Had to pay that again to get back to our car. This was a really bad experience! Adding this after their response........................ Your response is a lie. The emails you sent were never responded to and you never answer your phone. Took months for you to refund after hundreds of calls. Much less the pain and suffering worrying about it. So SCREW your reply. It was my credit card company that finally got you to refund my money. YOU ARE NOT A GOOD HONEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH OR PARK WITH!!!!!

This is most likely fraud. No one picks, email address gets blocked (see screenshot). I was wanting to call to cancel because our plans changed and when you call the voicemail box is full. I would't pay to park here. It's cheap for a reason because the guys are scammers.

Fraud!!! Purchased parking through cruise parking and when I went to leave they charged another $160 to get my car out. No actual attendant at parking lot. Called the number to call center i. Another state who claimed I parked in the wrong garage but tber is no other garage other than the apartment garage across the street. Now I need to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Great service, super close to the port. So convenient not waiting for any shuttle that will delay your trip. From this location to the port is just $4 with Uber, and it took the driver just 2 minutes to get there. Definitely the most convenient location ever if you're going on a cruise trip.
