This place is very disappointing. The showers in general were not good and only had cold water. They also seemed dirty and not cleaned. For the short time I was here and the money spent, definitely do not recommend

I have been a customer for over 10 years at Metro Dade. If you want to have your truck intact and the way you left it when you are ready to return to work then this is the place for you. It is a little expensive but you pay for what you get. The yard is clean and secure. The yard always has an employee on staff 24/7/365. Drivers remember this is Miami, FL not Billings, MT. Miami is very dangerous place. Also parking is based on on 24 hour clock per assigned spot. So if you leave before the 24 hours and then return the clock starts over. If some of you prefer cheaper parking then that is your choice but be prepared for a skeleton of a truck when you return.

This place does provide safe parking. However, I would advise you bring cash and its $26.75, once you leave you cant come back unless you pay again. So not true 24 hour parking. But overall its understandable why they charge as much as they do. This is the only place to park in this area besides a pilot with 20 spots. So Id highly recommend this place, it appears to have plenty of parking. They have restrooms and showers, no fuel.
