Go to a post office and complain. Also see if in your house there is danger of intruders who can open your package. The mail service when the person is not at home they take it and leave a notice to pick it up personally. If you did it with FedEx or UPS then you lost it

I have a priority package mailed 3 weeks ago. It made it to New Jersey and then was returned to Opa Locka USPS facility in Fl. supposedly according to tracking number..3 times customer had given wrong zip code. However, I think someone in three attempts may have checked address

Yes, if you have your receipt there's a toll free phone number on it, towards the bottom. And /Or you can giggle USPS and you'll get the toll free phone to do a compliant. You can and should always do the surveys for the post office. Doing the surveys is so very important, and please let them know how this post office needs a major up left and make over, it's very old with mold in there from water leaking which is sad. Surveys usually does get to the top people or right persons.

Yes it might be lost, i think u should just go as well because honestly they are useless to phone calls. Only these robots answer so go yourself and complain because this postal office is horrible. I am thankful my hoodie took only 2 days to get shipped from there.
