Probably the best decision I’ve made on my fitness journey. Love the flexibility, also love that someone is there to guide me as I work out and I still have room to breathe and work at my own pace. The structure of the class removes the anxiety I had from going to the gym and not knowing what to do or waiting on someone to finish with equipment. 9Round is honestly an ideal setup. I get an amazing workout every time, and it’s awesome knowing how quickly you can go and get it done and then be on your way.

I love the owner Ira. I love how they are always checking my form to make sure that I'm in the proper stance. I love how I can walk in anytime get a great 30 minute workout and then leave. It's challenging but your body gets conditioned and you can do more and more with consistency.

Since the beginning the owner Ira was not friendly. He would microwave smelly food while we were working out which is the last thing you want to be smelling while your training. At other locations the coaches would support you through a workout but Ira would sit as his desk on a computer. I’ve trained Thai boxing for over 5 years and thought this would be a good substitute for cardio training. The owner did not treat us well after I got injured my shoulder from 9 rounds and tried to cancel Ira made it very difficult and continued charging Me and my wife even after we asked to cancel. I definitely don’t recommend this location.. really bad coaching from Ira. If you really want to give 9 rounds a try I suggest going to the hollywood location and sign up with Alejandro hes a lot more friendly, helpful and actually cares about his members.

I get in such a GREAT workout every time. Ira is an amazing trainer, very personable and makes working out even more enjoyable. I've already recommended 9rounds and this location to my family and friends. Best investment for my health and overall wellbeing.
