It is sunday 6:18pm. it saids they close at 9:00pm. So I walked 5 blocks to purchase a pair of shoes, but their doors are locked, anyways, as I am waiting outside while nocking on the door to confirm, the staff just ignore me. You need to fix your hours! I see a lot complains for the same reason. It is a waste of time to be walking to a store that saids is open but is really closed.

This place is in heart of midtown. Awesome staff, with a lot to choose from. Wife bought a couple garments but the staff is what took the cake. So nice polite respectful courteous and welcoming. I don't even like Guess as a store for men. But I'd go back here just to chat with these folks...so f'ing cool man

If you are of color you may not want to visit this location. Employees are rude and over baring. Need more training in customer service relations, and ethic training. Pushing yourself on customer is not a way to sale store brands. If I could have given a zero I would.
