This business have been declining for some time now. The bundled boxes come with the bad teared unusable boxes sandwished (hidden) between the good ones, the biodegradable shipping peanuts are half the amount of what they used to be, and the price is higher. And the very poor management doesn't seem care about it. That's how businesses start loosing costumers little by little.

We have often said that, in business, it is not the smooth orders that mark the best companies. It is the way they handle the issues that inevitably come up. Nicolas and his team knocked it out of the park on our second order which had an unfortunate (and very untimely) glitch. Not only were they responsive but they went way above and beyond (overnight shipping) with great consideration for the impact on my business. They did so even when they probably lost money on my relatively small order. FedEx still dropped the ball but I felt that TotalPack had done everything I asked and everything in their power to make it happen. If they did take a hit, I can assure you that, in the long run, they will definitely make it back from us in loyalty. Thanks team TotalPack!!

if you call not delivering the order great customer service then think again. Placing an order on Monday with a confirmed delivery of Wednesday morning then getting to hear that the order will not be delivered is great. have of the representative don't know what they are saying every time they just keep telling you lies. Today i got to hear that my order was not placed on time. This is the second delivery that hasn't been done in 6 weeks and i keep hearing it is a problem we are fixing. I guess the problem is going to be fixed when you have personal that actually care about the job and not just a paycheck. have of the customer service reps don't speak English correctly They never understand anything. It's amazing that when you need your items you better get it yourself then having them delivery it.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Ms. R. Lopez is definitely sitting in the right spot as you walk in, giving a genuinely warm welcome to every customer that enters the place. Warehouse dispatched my order immediately. Highly recommended.
