We had a great experience at The Carriage House celebrating a birthday. We especially looked forward to the Austrian cuisine and historical atmosphere. Our waitress was great and we were enthusiastically seated earlier than our reservation time. My favorite part our our dinner was the cheesecake creme brulee desert, which was unique and delicious. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

The Carriage House is an ethereal mix of elegant fine dining with a warm family welcome home feeling to it. It is truly rare to find such a place. I have been here many times with my uncle, who will not go out anywhere else locally for his birthday. It is easy to understand why he feels so passionately about this place though, after you realize that there is nothing you can order on this menu that is not INCREDIBLE! Every dish I have had over the years here is fresh, delicious, made with love, and exquisitely detailed not only in presentation, also in flavor. There are unique local cuisines as well as more rare International dishes that are sometimes offered as specials. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can come dressed formally or casually, as you prefer. The bar is also in need of high praise, the drinks are consistently excellent and strong. The perfect pomegranate martini can be found here! I highly recommend this restaurant for family dinners, gatherings of friends, and/or for a romantic date night. My favorite dinner is the crab imperial, though everything is truly amazing.

Great local spot to have a romantic dinner or a great night out. All dishes are prepared to order and they are fantastic. The desserts are all hand made and are a great finisher to the evening. If your looking for cozy and relaxing evening, this is your spot. They also have to the space to have banquets and larger parties.
