I went for a passport renewal at 1030AM and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. Security was very helpful checking me in and the attendant who processed my paperwork was extremely efficient. The on site photo service was so quick, too. I went here expecting to be waiting over an hour, but this was such a breeze and a super pleasant experience. I can’t say enough great things about this office!

Went in to renew my passport and i found this place well organized.The guard is very professional and even helped me with a question I had with my form. I recommend that you don't go too early before your appointment or the guard will have you wait outside. All the staff there are very professional and helpful. For an extra fee you can have your photo 📸 taken at this place which I found super convenient!

This is The BEST Passport office EVER! No better yet, the BEST Government Office experience I've ever had. Plenty on parking, walked right in and was greeted by a very helpful security guard. Was given a number and within minutes was being helped by Gretel at window 1. She was super nice and very helpful guiding me through the potentially daunting passport process. She was patient and knowledgeable. A true professional. Angie came over to take the photos and also had a cheerful and helpful attitude. I asked myself: "Am I in a Government Office?" The whole process took less than 15 minutes and was painless! Just bring CASH, as some transactions cannot be completed using Credit Cards. They will make you a money order for just one dollar. If everything government office had employees like these, the world would be a much better place! Kudos to the staff at The City of Coral Gables Passport Facility. They are a solid "10!"
