The worst experience, I have rented different warehouses for 10 years and a company had never increased the price by 40% in just 4 months. I do not recommend it to anyone. The administration is unfortunate, they never gave me a sensible explanation. And the most surprising thing is this company that has so many positive reviews without comments because when you sign the contract they ask you to put a review at that moment, which is very uncomfortable and unfair. They shouldn't do that.

When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This has been one of the biggest mistakes we’ve made. We chose this storage facility because of the cleanliness and the price. Problem is, they keep hiking up the prices every 4-6 months and now, less than a year and a half later, our storage space has more than doubled in price. It’s a total bait and switch. I understand having to do a nominal price adjustment every so often, but how are we now paying DOUBLE the price than what we originally signed up for in less than a year and a half?! It’s a total rip off. Then, I contacted corporate and they basically say they can give me a one time $80 credit. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: The only response from the company has been that they periodically adjust their rates from time to time, which is completely understandable. But adjusting their rates does not and should not mean doubling their rates. It is NOT normal to double a rate within a year and a half. If they wanted to charge more for the storage unit, they should have reflected that in the price at signing in. Not sign someone up at a low price, raise the price around $100 within 6 months of moving our stuff in when they know people are rarely going to move their stuff out, and then continue hiking the price up.

Just the best place to rent if you need extra space . Hugo and the staff were outstanding. I rented my unit for about a year and even though I was in Texas and my stuff was stored in Miami I felt like I was in good hands . Hugo or one of his staff always kept me up to date. When I returned this week to ship my things to Texas everything went smoothly I even received a courtesy phone call to make sure everything went ok. Based on this experience I would not tent space anywhere else.
