very clean atmosphere! friendly staff and multiple rooms for different kind of training and excesersing! plus new members get 1 day free!. the monthly fee is usually around 70-80$ not so bad!.

Having worked out in more than a few boxing gyms, I know a good one when I see it. I have great workouts here, it's clean and doesn't smell like a locker room. Bathroom and shower are clean but this place is definitely not about the frills. Go somewhere else if u want to run on a treadmill. It's a gym focused on training and improving your technique. They have like 4 speed bags in good condition which is impressive. Most boxing gyms have 1 or 2 bags and you're lucky if they're usable. Trainers are helpful and ready to answer questions. They also give plenty of personal attention to better your technique and no matter your skill level u will be challenged to improve both endurance and technique.
