My daughter & I attended The Lebanese Festival on May 1st, held @ Our Lady of Lebanon. Everyone was so joyful & welcoming. The live musical performances & the food... Fantastic!!! There were lovely arts, crafts, jewelry, etc. What I enjoyed THE most, was experiencing such a beautiful multicultural gathering.β€οΈπ π₯°

Home-y place if you aren't even Christian. Whenever there are events, the volunteers make the best home cooked food. Wish they could do catering LOL (shoutout to Grita & her sister)

I was invited by my extended family in Miami as I came for a few days and New Year celebration. I'm a Roman Catholic and so are they but for various reasons, including word of mouth they starting attending (Spanish) Mass at this Catholic church that follows the Lebanon Catholic rite. I was gladly surprised with it in all aspects. First of all the young but excellent priest is very approachable, spiritual, and his homily was very touching, and at the same time practical. The liturgy is a bit different but luckily they give a printout of the liturgy for that day so I was able to follow. It's 100% Catholic and obviously the priest consecrated the Body and Blood. Being a Eucharist Ministry at my Parish back home, Lector, etc, it was an important aspect. They have Masses in English and in Arabic too obviously. Anyway they also had a small get together after Spanish Mass I guess because it's New Year's Eve day and the Parishioners were super friendly and welcoming and we spoke to the priest for a few minutes who came to mingle with people. Very very nice and I'm very glad I went.
