Absolutely love their frozen yogurt! Best flavors and reasonably priced! And you can sample flavors so you know what your getting! Cashier's are friendly and polite!! Today's visit 7/7/2022 was delicious and refreshing with Menchie's Frozen Yogurt! I enjoy the switch up on flavors from season to season. The pineapple is excellent along with vanilla and New York cheesecake flavors. Very affordable and the little sampler cups you can use to taste test is perfect for not getting stuck with a flavor you don't like! Summer is definitely Menchie's season for me!!

I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. My daughter got a great report card and begged to come back to menchies because the last time we visited was about a year ago and tried to use the restroom,but it was still covid masking 😷 up times and they said we couldn't use the restroom. As confused as we were, we figured it had something to do with covid, but apparently they haven't had a working restroom this WHOLE TIME !!!! So we refuse to EVER eat at this location EVER AGAIN ! If the employees don't have access to a working restroom and SOAP AND WATER come on HELLOO NO THANKS !!!!! I prefer to get sick for FREE !!!!

Showed up with our dance team of 13 of us and asked if they’d allow us to use the stacked tables and chairs due to no seating and was declined by management. So now we have paying customers standing around…. Rude and I’m called for!

Great frozen yogurt. Toppings were well presented and all were full. Clean atmosphere and sanitizer and gloves were provided. The employee that worked this Sunday was not very friendly and didn't acknowledge our greeting. Management might do well to ensure friendly employees are available to provide great customer service.
