Updated review, I’m an O.G. Home owner. I have lived here for 8 years now. My family and I moved away for 2 years and are happy to be back. The community is beautifully landscaped and has had many improvements. We now have 5 kiddy parks, 2 dog parks a 3 mile jogging trial. And the HOA has become more liniment. Allowing for more external upgrades and improvements to one’s property. Positive changes all around.

Worst community anyone could ever live in! I've lived here for over 3 years and every day that goes by the HOA gets worse and worse.. They fine you for every little thing possible, the gate is extremely rude and don't give a single ---- about residents. I report problems going on around the community like robberies, gate malfunctions, and security and yet nothing is done.

It’s a very quiet gated community with plenty of spaces to do outdoor activities and the walking trail around is good for the morning and afternoon walks or runs.
