Overall very positive experience. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful- Richie was our service tech and he was efficient and friendly. With a heat index or 100° Richie even took my two year old up on the offer to spray him with the hose. Very happy customers here!

They run organic formulas. I have two dogs who love the outside. I waited about 14 hours (just because I was cautious) and have had zero issues. Also have a toddler and no issues with them as well.
A common reason you see silverfish inside is because your home is an ideal temperature for them. They have either crawled in through cracks and crevices in the foundation, faulty thresholds on doors, or improperly sealed windows.
Homes that have frequent spider visits tend to have cracks, crevices, thresholds, and seals that need attention.
Certain species of cockroaches get in through bad thresholds and doors and are seeking moist areas. A lot of times they wander in as they are attracted to food sources and moisture. Other species will come in and infest walls, cupboards, appliances and voids. These roaches, when they find suitable living conditions for themselves, are there to stay.
Ants are attracted to all kinds of things, but the most common are sources of food: Sugars, carbs, and proteins.
