Ahh the Tour de Benches. It didn't used to be laid out so nicely for walkers (living, not the undead). And it has parking. Good place for a trot. Have your kids bring a scooter or ball to play in the grass!

Pretty cool little spot of history

A small section of battlefield preserved that has a lot of interpretive signs. Well kept and has a short walking trail under a half mile. Small parking lot with several spots.

Really neat historic site where 6,000 Union troops fought a rearguard action against 17,000 confederates and forced a stalemate allowing General Pope’s defeated army to withdraw.
