I stopped in to get the air pressure checked on Monday. Gabriel was very friendly and filled my low tires. He also noticed a nail in one. He told me we fix tires for free! FREE? yes, Free. So i set up appointment for Tuesday. They greeted me out in the parking lot. Got my truck in and out all fixed. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Which in todays world is very rare. Guys, keep up the good work and the stellar customer service. Its what sets you apart from everyone else. You will always have my business. I have purchased 4 boat trailer tires from you a tire for my GMC Envoy. I will always do business here.

Super business. Fast, Courteous, they did a price match on my tires that I couldn't pass up. With appointment I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I've always recommend Discount to all 4 of my grown children for their automotive tire needs. I will continue to go to Discount for years to come.

In this day and age customer service has been lost. Although Discount Tire has shined a bright light on how customer service should be. After calling around in Omaha for wheels. I kept getting unprofessional people at places. Mike handled my call with the best customer service I had heard in a while. I was ready to get a set of wheels and they would have to be ordered in. Mike made it hassle free. Then the day of install , mingueal (I may have butchered that spelling). Was so great in making sure I got what I wanted. Its the little things that count. Like loading my old wheels. Making sure I got all my old lug nuts back. Rotating the tires on the truck. Making sure the wheels made it without damage from shipping before I headed in. It’s that attention to detail that your only going to find in a few places these day. You can tell they care! I would and will not hesitate to go back the next time I need new tires for any of my many vehicles . Also I have to say that I am from Lincoln and they are in papillon . So if they didn’t do a good job or I felt uneasy about them. I would not spend the time writing this. Great job to you and your crew. John

The staff was very friendly and quick, there was very little wait time. The store was clean and they didnt mind that my toddler was running around the show room while I waited. Michael O was great to check me in and get me what I needed right away. They were able to get my snow tires swapped to my all seasons quickly. The technicians did a great job with my vehicle. I highly recommend this location!
