Very racist GM. Only Latin people works there. I'm a former employee. He would yelling at me using derogatory words in front of costumers and employees while on the line. From day 1 he would belittle me and I was a supervisor. He also lied upon hiring me for the Assistant General Manager position. He doesn't like colors people at all. This is a bad place to work. I'm currently filing complaints against him and the company as well.

It is a good place! It has only been my first car wash visit ever, EVER! So I really don't have a good place to benchmark it too... I guess i'll keep you posted.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN GETTING ANY MAINTENANCE HERE!!! Went in for a basic oil change and left with a $150 bill! Pulled up, said hello, pulled forward, requested oil change, guy lifts my hood and looks inside for like 2 minutes then leaves to help another customer. Comes back like 10-mins later with bill, and I was shocked because he never asked which type of oil (basic $39, synthetic, super synthetic = $76 for just oil!!). He gave me highest end oil along with other fluids (again, without asking) and when I looked at the bill and said: ”Oh, wait you’re done? $150?” Him: “Yes, and we changed the filter, which is $15 and other fluids” Yes, I expected oil filter change but confused as to how a $50 oil changed was $100 more, and I was not concerned that it may have been an expensive filter… again, BE VERY CAREFUL and stop the person ASAP and tell them exactly what you want before you open your hood and they start working on your car… they are already under your car draining fluids the minute you pull in. Also, usually at this place they try to convince you that your air filters are filthy (I change my own) and one time had a filter in there no more than a month, and he was trying to convince me that I was breathing bad air. That said, the car wash service is good but again, always high pressure to get wax and detailing... I suspect the workers are expected to push upsell and cross-sell services (maybe get commission?)

One of the best car washes in the area. I have taken the platinum package. They did a fantastic job to the last detail, and detailed cleaning comes with a wait time. But, I was impressed with the process and attention to detail. I would go back.
