Every time they come they do not know what they are doing. Someone does something different every single time. The last tech asked me where he should spray and I'm like isn't that your job?! We also signed up for them to come 2 times a year and they have come every single month trying to charge us extra.. We tried to complain and they will not let us cancel service without paying a $200 fee we also still have issues with a lot of bugs a lot of bugs and have not seen a big difference since using their service. You are better off to spray the house by yourself and I do not recommend their services.

Aptive service guys are always on time and call/text before they arrive. Jose serviced my house several times now and he is always extremely nice, listens to my concerns and explains what he does. I would certainly recommend Aptive.

The service technician was very thorough and polite and did a great job. I have been using this company for a number of years and they’re very good about making re-treatments if necessary. However I have not had to utilize that service often. It’s a good company with great employees!

The sales rep failed to discuss all aspects of what we were purchasing including the cancellation fee and the 30 day mandatory follow up . The sales rep I guess also failed to mention to the people actually coming in to do the work that we have 3 cats because the person they sent was deathly allergic and couldn’t come inside themselves so they had to send their trainee who couldn’t even move a bag of chips to the side where he sprayed inside the room and just sprayed over them WITHOUT MENTIONING IT BACK TO US . We had to find the poison soaked bag ourselves. We were very specific when we said that we had our outside already done and needed the inside only if that was something you offered , the sales rep failed to mention that while you do offer it , it was not the detailed work we were expecting like the outside was taken of, just a few spritz here and there by the trainee because again the actual experienced coworker would not step foot into the house due to his allergy. I completely understand that, and it’s not his fault, it’s the company that failed to communicate fairly with me, the client; and them, your employees and scheduling staff. This was such an awful experience.
