Always claiming short staffed can even file to the insurance company for an mri . If your that short staffed why are you taking new clients? 2 weeks later and still no mri or even a call

Excellent Doctors but terrible support staff. The doctors appear to have no control over the office staff. The office staff have outright lied to me stating that the doctor has given certain instructions that the doctor clearly never gave. There is no way to reach doctors for follow up care and concerns. They will only direct you to the referring doctor who just refers you back to them. It's a circus. Once you see a doctor - it's impossible to get any questions or phone calls answered. You have to make another appointment which could take weeks or months.

WORST doctor's office I have ever been to in my life! What a joke this place is. It took them 2 weeks to fax in my prescription. It has been 1 month and three weeks and they STILL HAVEN'T sent over my secondary authorization for physical therapy. I have called them so much I have lost track of the number of phone calls. So if you're looking for a place that cares for their patients, this isn't it. This place is pure garbage. Go anywhere else but here. This place should be shut down. They're horrible!
