they never answer the phone and don’t have call waiting???? like i’m sorry is this 2002? also they need a website so they could do online mobile orders so I wouldn’t have to wait 5 years to get on the phone with them. gotten to the point where I often have to take my business elsewhere

If I could give them a -1 I would. Rude customer service after offering me to make me a new bagel because I was late to pick up I was told by the manager "it was not fair they had to waste 2 sandwiches on me" because I was late ( I am a nurse) and a ran late after a procedure this morning and still picked it up.. and to think we (frontline workers) risk our lives during a pandemic everyday to save people and today and the way I was treated I will never go back and to think I have referred people here because of their bagels, never referring and never going back!

Fresh bagels, actually they have perfect bagels in my opinion. Cute, small but efficient place. Everyone works together to ensure youre taking care quickly, i was in and out in about 5 mins or less
