Shop here regularly so this criticism is based on many experiences of the exact same issue. Management needs to start being more aware of customer service at the front end. First thing in the am they have one cashier and one self checkout open. Inevitably one or both of these are having a break down of some kind. Happened again this am. Cashier can’t open her register? And whoever is in charge won’t respond to multiple calls by cashier for help?? Meanwhile only one self check out is open. Don’t care if it’s a holiday, this happens all the time and store management needs to address it. Start by having more than one flippin’ self checkout open!

Staff are polite. Store is clean and products are reasonably priced. Good weekly sales.

Deli. 1 man no mask no gloves. 25 min simple small order wrong cheese then argued that it was right Judy. Helen go out of there way. They are the best older man glasses awful i will shop at acme

I like this store because it's close. There are a handful of very friendly staff but most look downright upset and unhappy they are there. I agree with the previous commenter re the deli.
