A pity I can’t give zero stars to US hot air balloon team. The flight was cancelled because of rain but they refused to return the booking fee for a service they never provided. If you want to give away your money for nothing this is the place to do it.

I booked a flight a month in advance. Coming from Long Island we had to get a hotel and dinner the night prior. Weather was beautiful the next day. Arrived at the sight at 5:00 as was told no one was there. Called the number and was told via a recording that the trip was cancelled! Not even a phone call!

Definitely! Seeing the sunrise/sunset as you float with your loved one in the sky is a unique date idea that will be remembered forever. In addition to a date idea, a hot air balloon ride is perfect for celebrating an anniversary, getting engaged, or even getting married.
Yes! In fact, sunrise and sunset are our favorite times to fly. The wind is typically the calmest then.
From start to finish, the entire experience is roughly 2.5-3 hours (including transportation from the landing spot back to launch site). The balloon ride itself is typically around an hour.

We recommend that you book online ahead of time (or book by phone: 610-469-0782) as soon as you know you want a ride. While it’s best to book at least 10 days in advance, there may be availability within 10 days of the flight (check the calendar for availability)… there may even be same day availability call 610-469-0782 for day-of availability! Keep in mind as you make plans that the most popular time of year is April through mid-November, and the most popular flight time is Saturday at sunset.
We offer hot air balloon rides year-round on an almost daily basis (weather-permitting). April through November are our most popular times, but we do flights in winter too (seeing the snow-covered Lehigh Valley is incredibly beautiful and because of the burner above the basket, the ride is warmer than you might think).
