We drove an hour to get here. So we were a little tired of being on the road. But once we got here the female employee was very kind and helpful. She help us out as much as she could. Made this experience painless and fast. Well done ups customer center. I've dealt with 2 customer center this month one in beaufort S.C. and this one. Both had very pleasant experience and the employee is top notch very helpful and friendly.

My Lyfe My Way

On July 8th, the UPS driver stated that he had delivered my package at 9:50am. However he did not. When I talked to his supervisor I was in formed that he would come back through to locate the package, which he also did not do... Luckily my upstairs neighbor came to my apartment at 7pm with my package, which was delivered to her address instead of mine. Unfortunately due to my package being a medication that requires immediate refrigeration, I could not use the medication due to it sitting outside from 9:50am - 7pm. I know that mistakes happen but this was ridiculous and I kept getting lied to over and over again.

Well....the desk clerk was polite. I will give them that. But I tried calling thier office today to confirm some things prior to driving there. Come to find out...it was a waste. This small town Kinston UPS location does not scan bar codes to return packages. Just an FYI to anyone who thinks it will be a simple walk in. After telling me they don't scan bar codes..she then suggests I contact Amazon to have them send me a return label. Or drive to the library to print one out. Well this specific return would only accept scanning a bar code. I had to drive 45 minutes into another city to have then scan the bar code and print the label. It was rediculous. They should put another UPS store up by the plaza. So again...for anyine needing to ship back packages...not the place to go. Unless you already have a return label.

Nice gentlemen that helped my husband to get his package that was carried back to the office because it required a signature before it could be deliverable. On the other hand, whomever answered the phone when we where on our way at about 1:00 PM . Should have told us they braked from 1PM to 3 PM. If this gentleman had not been just coming in my husband would have not gotten his VA medication. Grown adults I hope please do better being your pay consist of servicing the public with higher pay!
