Before Andrea came to manage Bear Creek Village the other manager we had was worthless as a manager she didn't get nothing done. At least Andrea is on the ball with things getting fix and updated. When you have a problem she at least checks it out and try's to get it solved. She is very well liked in the village. She is worth a very very nice raise and not no measly 5 cents a hour. So I would like to see ELS give her a very nice raise. And also she does care about the village people.
