I do not think it's open anymore I missed the great service

First we got here at midnight as the posted hours show. Well nobody was here to open the doors until 1245 and then there was a LOVELY sign at the front desk that said no front desk ppl or baggage check in the night my mom and neice were leaving. She was never informed, call, email, text, NOTHING. So I called the number they had posted and was told the ony way she might be able to check her backs is if she talked to the conductor. This is the worst customer service and don't worry I will be calling on Monday to get her some kind of refund. My mom who is almost 60 and my teenage neice should not have had to deal with this problem at 1 in the morning. Shame on you Amtrak.

Yes, seems, they don't care. They need competition in this capitalist system of us
You can bring your own food and beverages with exclusion of alcohol. You can buy it on the train but cant have your own unless you occupy a private room instead of coach.
The Radisson downtown. The HO DO IS A RESTAURANT ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND ABOVE THAT IS THE DONALDSON'S HOTEL. VERY CLASSY VERY ELEGANT YOU'LL BE IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN THE RESTAURANT BELOW IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. YOU WILL BE SET FOR SHOPPING DINING AND NIGHTTIME ENTERTAINMENT. Enjoy your stay in Fargo North Dakota.
YES I have a view from my window and there is always an employee there. The best thing to do is to contact the Amtrak's website page and see what their information says and maybe there's a question answer that they provide. That is my thought so then you will get first-hand information anyting else if you have questions or concerns you can go to questions and answers.
If you mean the Canadian border, there are a few options for you. A passport works, also the new "enhanced" IDs. Those or a combination of proof of residency and proof of identity (typically a State ID and a social security card). Hope this helps!
It would be best to contact the Amtrak station you can go to their website there may be more contact and probably a lot more information
I see the trains come and go and I would have to say be there at 1:30 so wherever you're residency is at you should prepare accordingly.
Yes, there are 20 parking spaces at the station. Parking is free for ticked Amtrak passengers.
