Great breakfast foods for everytime of day. Pancakes are some of the best I have ever had. Service was amazing. Was sitting outside with rain falling and still server came out to check up on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our server Alem was super courteous, patient & efficient to the tee with our indecisive group. My great niece took to her sweet personality the moment we came in. She would always make sure we were good whether it was refilling our coffee carafe or making sure my baby niece had everything she needed.

This is one of the best ihops I have been to so far. Large with plenty of seating, booths, parking and outdoor dining. It’s in a nice spot with its own parking lot and trees around it. The staff are nice.

They don't allow anyone inside without a mask and they have hand sanitisers at the entrance. Not sure how frequently they sanitise the tables and rest of the seating area.
