Terrible customer service two bad experiences - one time, I came to print something using the self-printing machines and one of them had an issue and switched to the other one and it also had a problem. I asked for help and the guy came was not able to help me and did not offer any solution and saw me walking away and did absolutely nothing. -Today, I had a amazon /UPS return. the store was almost empty. I waited for 10+ minutes and asked for help from the associates couple of times and no one came to help me. I simply walked away after 15 minutes and no one tried to offer to help me. I am always a patient person and I understand reasonable delays due to high demand times but both of these times, the store was almost empty. The terrible thing is that I live within a walking distance to this store but I would not go there again.
