UPDATE: I have been waiting for a return call from the manager for 2 weeks with no luck. I see the good reviews have been commented on by "the owner" but nothing for me. At this point I feel that I've been scammed by this company. Horrible customer service, waited 3 weeks for the first initial pair of trial contacts, after contacting them twice I finally got them. Had to get a follow-up right away since it was a completely wrong rx. Took another 3 weeks to get another set. Unfortunately I got covid and was not able to try to come in for a follow-up. I called to see if I could get one more trial pair, knowing they had to be ordered, and be able to schedule the appt on the same day. I was told no problem by a very nice young lady, when I checked back after almost 2 weeks I was told that they were never ordered, I wasn't gong to get another pair and pretty much I was out of luck. That young man was the rudest person I have every spoken with. I asked to speak with the store manager and was told that they would not be speaking to me. When I asked to leave a message for a return call, he just said whatever and hung up. 4 days later I still not have received a call.

The eye exam was fantastic and the prescription is right on, I had a great experience with the eye doctor and the optical staff. The only reason I didn't give five stars is I bought 2 pairs of glasses and had lenses exchanged in an old pair, so three glasses total. They ordered two of the same ones so I had to wait an extra week for the correction to be made which was frustrating but mistakes happen. Over all experience was positive and the glasses I got part of their eye exam and 2 free pairs are cute.

I officially am never going back to this company- or at least this location. The Dr. has been incredibly rude to me each visit but today was the worst. This was my 2nd follow up exam for contacts. I told her the 2nd pair was more comfortable than the 1st but still not great and that I want to try and find a more comfortable brand, but she told me in a rude tone "Well you might not get what you want." She insisted that their store brand is the best on the market and basically made me feel like I was unknowledgable and unable to form an opinion that their store brand is not comfortable to me at all. She was visibly upset with me for not trying the daily store brand trials yet, but I explained that I've been so busy on the weekends and I am unable to on the week days because of my job, I could get chemicals/drugs in my eyes at work and so it is safer for me to wear glasses at work. She repeated how their brand is going to be the best and then told me,"Okay, get up, follow me," and then walked me to the lobby and told me they'll call when they're ordered in and said "Run along now" and waved me off in the middle of the lobby in front of customers and staff. That was so disrespectful, humiliating, and rude to me and I do not appreciate being treated in this manner, so unfortunately I am taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to America's Best for years. I took my daughter to an actual ophthalmologist and eye clinic and the process was not as smooth and friendly as America's best. Honestly I have boughten glasses from America's best over the years and they have lasted 4 to 5 years. I know that you're not supposed to wear the same glasses but I did because I was also wearing contact lenses but the glasses do last a long time. You cannot beat the price for two pairs of glasses with a free eye exam and the people here are so nice and helpful. I also want to mention that my daughter got glasses from the ophthalmologist and they broke in less than a year America's best has glasses that last. I highly recommend.

It was 1 week for mine
It looks like it is free if you purchase 2 pairs of glasses according to their website.
1 - 2 weeks but usually closer to 1 week

Probably not, they don't have a lab there and have to order everything. You're better off finding some place with a lab in-house.
