Solid BYOB Italian spot a few minutes walk from my home, featuring the best pizza in the area. Anyone with a palate around here knows it's incredibly difficult to find a really good slice of pizza anywhere reasonably close by. Caruso's offering is of course wood fired but solid. The gnocchi with crabmeat dish is always the go to but several other plates are worth a try as well. The bread and oil pre-meal is great stuff and always a highlight. "Basement" seating is a pretty cool space. My only complaint is that I've tired of the menu - with the endless possibilities Italian cuisine offers, I wish this place would change up their menu more often, if ever. I would certainly be here with greater frequency if so.

Ordered Fusilli Scallops Arrabbiata and it was delicious. It was packaged with a side salad and a fresh roll. It also came with sides of Parmesan cheese for the pasta and pesto sauce for the bread and the dressing requested for the salad. These added touches make the take out experience more pleasing. The food is very authentic. I would highly recommend Caruso’s Brick Oven Trattoria.

Wonderful food and spectacular service. Ava went above and beyond during our visit and the Chef stopped out and said hello when he found out we were from out of town. Thank you for the Sunday gravy, calamari, and the amazing bread and pesto!! Try the cannoli while you’re here. You will be impressed.

Food was delicious and the service was also great. I had the gnocchi and Vodka sauce and my husband had the Sunday gravy. Both were equally as good. For the price I would have like a side salad to come with the meal, but that would be my only 'complaint'. I do also recognize that the cost of food has gone up and is astronomical these days.
