I love the ability to walk in at any time and be greeted like an old friend. I love my trainer Mia, she has inspired me to be better and actively works to find workouts that not only make me stronger but take into account my physical limitations. The facility is clean and well maintained. I don't feel intimidated when I am working out. It is truly the first gym I have been a member in (and there have been many) where I go consistently and feel comfortable.

Clean and spacious, black card spa is a huge plus as well. Bathrooms and gym showers could use a bit more love but otherwise quite nice!

Mike and ViDal Are both very professional. They often welcome you with a professional smile and very eager to answer any questions of which one may have. Businesses should feel blessed to have employees such as these two young gentleman. They are truly a breath of fresh air.
