Trying to drop off e-waste. The line moves every 20 minutes per person. I came exactly when they open and the wait is still crazy. Be sure to bring books/ other stuffs to entertain yourself if you plan to drop off anything here

2nd week in a row my garbage hasn't been fully picked up, no worries I understand things happen. What I DON'T understand is how your telephone and online customer service can be so awful. Called twice today to request a pickup, stayed on hold 30 minutes each time, both times immediately hung up on and sent straight to the dumb survey. Stay classy, Republic Services.

Skipped our entire side of the street. Promised pick up for 2 days then decided themselves that we could wait until the next week!!! Followed their instructions to bag additional recycling and they left it!!! Spent HOURS on hold getting hung up on and making false promises. Still stuck with an extra week of garbage! Demanded a credit on my account. Horrible experience!

I moved to my new place January 1st. I've called 3 different times after the initial call to transfer service. Still no bins, and the drivers aren't taking the garbage left at the curb like I was told to do. The people in the office are kind, but nothing is getting done. It's now February 10th and I have a big pile of garbage.

YES! I Work at an apartment complex with 213 apts. Our garbage/recycle gets pocked up once a week. I called on Moday about our recycle not being picked up and was told it would be picked up no later than Tuesday. Tuesday it still wasnt picked up, so i called again and again was told it would be passed on to the supervisor and it would be picked up Wednesday! Well...today is Wednesday at 6 PM and was it picked up? NO!!!! WHAT THE HELL??? Theycan expect to see me personally tommorow!!!

You mean the Citywide pickup over by the post office? It's scheduled for August 8th. But, if we're still under lockdown, they might not do it. You could call Republic services (437-8900), but since they never ever bother to answer the phone, you're better off asking the cops. Call the police station at their regular number (421-7373). They'll know if they've been scheduled to work or not.
Not sure ... We scheduled a drop off of old pesticide, and paint with the Hazardous Waste Group. So called in, left a message, and they called us back and scheduled the drop off ... sorry.
Not on Thursday. One day delay. If yours is Tr then pick up is Friday, Friday to Sat.
It can go in the garbage can. It cant go in the recycling bin. But the trash driver should take it.
The price can either be by weight or what is stated on the bottle or can. The end result is comparable. However it's quicker to just have them weighed.

if you call ahead and schedule a pickup for bulky waste. ive heard if you do it too often they may charge you extra but a few times a year they will pick up free
If your trash wasnt picked up you can call and ask why. If it is/was a national holiday your trash will probably be picked up the following day
