This location did a great job. This was the first time ever from the countless times I’ve been to a Jiffy Lube where they did a walkthrough with me after they were done with the service. They even dated the oil filter! That’s something I’d always have to do in order to avoid being gipped wherever else I’ve gone. You can tell these guys care, especially the manager who not only managed multiple cars at the same time, but also ensured that work was getting done correctly.

This is the best Jiffy Lube location I've been to! Excellent customer service and very caring. They are very attentive to detail and work hard to take care of their customers. They'll make sure everything is good before you leave. Highly recommend!

I was the first customer this morning and I came in for only an oil change. I waited for over an hour before it was done while another customers vehicle had their oil changed 20 minutes prior to that. I wouldn’t be as upset but no one took the time to come in and update me on anything. The whole time I was thinking something was wrong with my car because there’s no way an oil change should take that long. After 50 minutes I finally went to the shop to ask for an update and they told me the pump was broken on the oil so they would have to pump it by hand into a canister. I understand that things break but does is it really take an hour to manually pump oil? I could have driven to another jiffy lube got oil from them and brought it back in that time. Again I wouldn’t be as upset had someone came in and updated me on the situation instead of letting me wait while other customers pass through. When I went to pay I tried using a coupon that I was under the impression would work, when in fact it didn’t. The gentleman working honored the coupon anyway. So there is a silver lining. But the amount of time it took and with no communication is pretty unacceptable.
